BTF Fabrication Explorer Lift Coil Spacer discussions

I am interested in these. I would like 2" front and 1.5" rear.

How can I order them?

I also see there is some made by truxxx but they are for 06 and up, How much drilling is required to make these work on a 04?

hey Brandon
what is the smallest spacer you make and how much does it cost
thanks ExplorerKing01

I personally think that in the picture provided
exp_on_sierra_s.jpg

the front looks too high. Maybe its how the truck is sitting but I think a truck or SUV looks better 100% even or a little lower in the front. Lower in the rear looks like there is something wrong or you are always hauling a heavy load. I have never seen a so called leveling kit where it doesn't make the rear look like its sagging. I think this kit would be perfect at 2.0 front and 1.75 rear. If I get the 02 explorer I'm trying to buy then that is what ill be getting for sure!

love my spacers brandon!

Jlaudio Explorer: the 2.25/1.75 makes the x perfectly level, the rear has a stock rake of .5 higher than the front.

This is 2.25/1.75" seems to be dead on level.

Oh wow it looks good in that picture. FYI I wasn't saying anything bad about his spacer kit. I think its awesome! I was just saying that those kits on eBay that are supposed to lift the front to match the rear ALWAYS lift the front higher than the rear and it looks like the rear is sagging. That has always bothered me. Its the same with lowering kits. They think if they make the rear lower than the front it will even it out but they always look like they are sagging to me.

How much do the the upper arms cost with the lift?

What size tires are each of the explorers pictured above running?

When are these going to be available again? My wife wants her Explorer lifted 3" after putting the 265/75 tires on. I'd rather do Suspension over Body lift, but if these aren't available I'll order the BL.

How much overall wheel width do you lose by adding the spacers?

so i have some good news for you guys that keep asking for the upper control arms with the uniballs. i will be taking my truck to Brandon at BTF to have them made for my truck. he will also be making a template so that you guys that want them will just be able to order them from him. as soon as he has room in the shop i will get my truck to him. i know these will be a popular and much needed part for a lot of you!

Bloody wicked. Really looking forward to this.:chug:

I have a 2002 mercury mountaineer im looking to lift it, but will the all wheel drive system be affected. Where can i pick these kits up. thanks

Your best bet is to ring Btf and order over the phone directly from Brandon and you should be fine with your mounty.

Hey Brandon,
I was wondering if you had:

2.25" front coil spacers, 1.75" rear coil spacers
for my 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 2wd

Thank you; and I look forward to hearing back from you.
