BW 1354E to a 2000 5R55E

Ok, first off i'd like to say that the BW4405 transfer case is a piece of crap. I have a 00 SOHC 5R55E w/ BW 4405 TC. All i want to know is will a 1354 out of a ranger or exp, bolt up to the output of the 5R55E? the 1354 looks almost identical to the 4405. Also i read that I'd need to swap in a gas tank from a EXP Sport to gain clearance because the selector motor on the 1354 will hit the 4door gas tank? thanx in advance. I know I know i did a search already and didnt find what i was looking for.

will bolt right up, only takes about half a hour to swap it out just remember to get the linkage for the 1354.
