Purolator says that I need to change my cabin air filter ever 12 months or something like that. Where is it? And should I really replace it? And what's it going to do for me?

Oh please let there be one because I am sick of sucking in fumes! I've asked this questions quite a few times and it seems that air cabin filter does not exist in the Explorer. Not for the 95-97 at least.

Don't feel bad GM didn't care much either, atleast that I could find.

I didn't know if we had them unless it was deep in the dash somewhere. I was thinking somewhere along the path of the airconditioning and heater and stuff. On the purolator boxes it has a whole long list of filters and when to change them....well....one of them was a cabin filter....and I was curious if we had them and if I should change it.

Jim, you say my sigs too long?
