Cabin hum and Steering wheel/column vibration

Hi all,
Just wanted to get some feedback from you on if anyone experienced/experiences significant steering vibration along with a loud cabin hum.

This all started when I had the service center replace my gear shifter and the rack and pinion - gear shifter for getting an error when shifting to park and rack and pinion for the popping sound when slow turning.

Any ideas? I am taking the Ex back to the dealer but I wanted to have an idea before just saying vibration and hum.

Sounds like something's not quite right from the rack replacement. Beyond that? It could be anything from a bad steering coupler to loose bolts, to...
