Hey guys. I need to replace my camshaft position sensor (code 214) and I have been researching it here. I can't seem to find a synchronizing tool for a 1994 ? 1995 and up there is an OTC tool and a few others I can buy locally. Here I cannot find reference to such a tool. I did find a thread telling you how to do it with a voltmeter. For 1994, which I think from reading is the only first gen year with the sensor, is there no tool for this?? I am gonna phone the local stealership and ask but I was hoping someone here might know for sure. Thanks.

There is a tool, and that is the most accurate and best way to set those. I got lucky when I took it to a dealer and met a nice guy who set it with the tool and marked it for me, for free
