Can I swap front seat tracks from side to side

I have a 99 xlt with power seats on both sides but the drivers seat motor does not work to move the seat forward/back. Is it possible to swap the motor and tracks with the passenger seat? I would keep the actual seats on the same side and just switch the rails and motor. I tried searching but couldn't come up with a definitive answer. Thanks!

Hopefully I can save someone some work... You cannot swap the brackets from side to side on a 99 XLT.
