While the Explorer is not listed when following the link for the full text TSB's (http://www.ford-trucks.com/tsb/fulltext/index.php), if you do a search for the specific TSB you are interested in using "View by TSB number" from the full-text front page it will pull up the information. I just pulled up the TSB 06-4-4 by doing this.

However, the TSB 06-2-12 and 04-21-12 were not found when using this method... sorry... just trying to help.

Yeah, I tried that. I think I have the fuel gauge problem.
