I've honestly found that buying a car (especially if it's a used vehicle that's easier to stomach money-wise than a new $30k car) when you don't really need it yet- yields a much better purchase. I lucked into Snowball, I'll never find a deal like that again, and perhaps it's skewing my expectations of what I can find... But I'll keep on trying!
