Can you upgrade a bezel from an older model year?

So I have a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport and it has heated seats and AC seats or (cooled seats) anyway, I would like to know is it possible to upgrade my 15 bezel. Would you or do you know if a 16/17 bezels that has the heated and cooled buttons models also I like to know the connectors are the same? Or do I have to make my own custom kit some how? I just don't like my 2015 puzzle and I like the 2016 and 17 ones better.

I believe this has been asked before but I've not been able to find it yet.
At first I thought you were talking about the cluster bezel but I believe you are referring to the Sony touch panel (dash control unit) which switched to actual buttons in 2016. Is that right? #13 in this diagram; Instruments & Gauges for 2016 Ford Explorer | Auto Nation Ford White Bear La and for the 2015; Switches for 2015 Ford Explorer | Auto Nation Ford White Bear La
I don't know if the wiring is different between the '16 buttons and the '15 capacitive touch system.

Yes it says Sony premium panel online with the silver knob for the volume.
