Just the other day in the mail I received a survey from Ipsos a research company who was commissioned by Ford Motor Company to conduct a research study regarding my experiences with my new vehicle.
Step 1 was to go onto Automotive Survey
Step 2: Enter ny provided Survey Acess Number
Step 3: Fill out the survey.
It was an extensive survey addressing all vehicle major components, elcteronic etc. (display, monitor which needs replacing), any of the AC/Heaters, Read outs, driver Assist (Bliss) etc., all mechanical components.
I was wondering if other Canadian Ford owners received this survey and also did the survey include US Ford Customers?
