2009 Explorer XLT
Hello Explorers.

My name is Rich. I am new to this forum. I have a problem with my explorer and I hope to find an answer to the problem in this forum. I have a 2009 XLT explorer V6 with 105K miles. The car runs ok (gas millage is ~10mpg city, I think it could be better). The check engine light is on. The OBDII shows 6 codes. P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, P0403, P0443. Also, it shows the O2S11 and O2S21 voltage fluctuates a lot from 0 to 0.700 V. Right after the light went on, I notice that every single time I press the gas, it sounds like there is a huge vacuum in the front passenger side. This is noticeable only when I drive. If the car is in park, I press the gas and there is no vacuum sound. I thought the air filter might be clog so I change it along with the PCV valve. The issue still there. I know that 4 of the codes are related to O2 sensors. The codes are for both O2 upstream sensors. To me, it is odd that both sensors failed at the same time. I also know that a vacuum leak could trigger the check engine light. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Thanks
