Car making high pitched squealing noise

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLS and its starting to make a high pitched squealing noise when its in park, neutral, drive, and reverse. Some time it gos on from the moment I start my car then for the hole 10min drive other times it doesn't happen at all.
Any ideas?
