Cargo cover 2020 Explorer XLT

Can anyone recommend a good cargo cover for a 2020 Explorer XLT 4WD? I’m looking for water proof, be able to cover the third row seats when they’re folded down and PREFERABLYfor it to be able to fold as I would just stow it away in the car when I use the third row for my kids to sit on. Thank you.

The OEM cargo liner should fit the bill. It is foldable. I've done it with the one I had in my 2017 Explorer.
