Just picked up an 2022 Limited and have looked all over for this answer. When using Apple Carplay, how do you revert from the Carplay screen back to the audio home screen with the Nav, Audio and other buttons along the bottom without just unplugging the usb to phone? Sorry, if this is a Noob question.

Not sure about the Limited, but on my ST with the larger screen there is an array of soft buttons on the bottom of the screen that list "Carplay", "Audio", "Navigation", etc. They switch the screens when touched. You probably have a similar function.

Is this what you mean?

You should be able to click the "Sync" button on the app selector screen

Is it the button with the Ford logo on it?
