I'm in the middle of doing my SAS with SOA on my '03 Explorer Sport Trac. I haven't welded the spring perches on yet, the suspension is just bolted loosely in place for mock up. I'm using Rancho 44044 lift springs for a Jeep along with Sky Fab's SAS Chevy S-10 kit. For wheels and tires I'm running 37x12.5x16.5 H1 tires on recentered 8 bolt H1 double beadlocks. The axle is a Dana 44 HD with the bigger axle tubes from a 1989 Grand Waggy.
It will be driven on the road so I want to make sure the caster is good before welding it all together. Do I just set the perches at 0* to match the original perches and just add shims afterwards?
