catalytic converter

I have an 02 Limited 4.6. One of the catalytic converters is rattleing. Where can i get a cheap replacement? What is the stock size? I am thinking of replacing both of them with an aftermarket ones but have no idea the inlet and outlet size. Any recommendations?

is it the inside of the cat or could it just b a rattling heat sheild?
you could just weld or jb weld em to stop the rattling

im not sure what part of it is rattleing. I just know its coming from the cat. I will try to get it up on my lift to see what it is going on. Hopefully its just the heat shield.
