CEL codes

1995 EB ran good in Canadian summer but come winter the CEL came on I have pulled the codes via jumper wire after I ran vechical so engine was at normal running temp and Have the following error codes

114 (O IAT sensor out of range - IAT,R)
332 (R,M) EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittantly - EVR or PFE

Can anyone give me some insight as to what Im looking at?
I do have a ticking noise come from engine on acceleration and believe it to be a manifold problem

iat , inlet air temp, they go bad some times, or need to be cleaned, it is in the intake throat between the aribox and the throttle body,
the egr could be a rusted egr tube ,that could be causing that ticking noise,, as exhaust escapes from the hole, or the orifice in the egr itself might have carbon in it,
