Center Console Upgrade: From EB into an XLT

Before anyone says anything, I searched this entire section, I'm a forum master, so I couldn't find the information that I was looking for.

I want to upgrade my center console in my XLT with a center console from an EDDIE BAUER edition. I'm an electrical engineer, so I can handle the wiring.

If anyone has a thread or a page that has a full description of this "how to" I would GREATLY appreciate it!!!
