Central texas meet and run

Huhhhh Rayyyyy!!!! I have to check with Becky to make sure we are not doing anything that week. Hamilton is only 2 hours away from us so it would be a good day trip. Plus I could get a pie form the Koffee Kup Kafe.

Great! Hope to see you and Becky here!! Koffee Kup Kafe, sounds like someone has been to the big city of Hico!!!

Ya, we had friends that lived there at one point. Plus, we graduated from Tarleton.

Put me down for it.

Looks like it'll be interesting...

Oh yea! :D We found out that the parts that require lift or 4wd is more than I thought, if it rains before the meet, it is gonna change considerably. There is an area at the entrance that can be used for a parking area for those who don't have lift or wish not to take their rigs over the terrain. If there is no rain before the meet, most of the trail can be done by stock rigs, just driver experince is needed.
The pic of the Beast on what appears to be a rocky trail is actually a creek bed, the first time I was out there this was under water, easily fordable (no pun intended) by stock vehicles.

There is an obstacle that I had no problem going over before that I could not get over this time, the ground just keep giving away (loose rock) and a small gulch had appeared there. Bro posted a pic on my build thread when I was trying this one

Oh yea this looks like it'll be fun, how far is it from your place?

about 11 from my place, and around the same from Robert's, I cut across a county road (the one in the pics so I don't go thru town, and besides when I am driveing the rig, it don't like improved roads and I like that too)

^^^^

1st post updated.

Any complaints for an EF convoy drive to a drive thru beer store for refreshments.? :D

Also, the areas that 4wd is required are more like branches off the trails, so if someone breaks off to an obstacle, there is no having to go futher down the trail to link up, the rigs that take an obstacle will just turn around and then come back down the obstacle back to the main trail.
