Check engine light and o/d light flashing code p0775 and p0456

i just brought a 2002 explorer xlt v8 with 122,000 miles about 3 weeks ago. i was driving the other day and the o/d off light kept flashing so i pulled over and turned the car off and turned it back on. later it came back on and also noticed the service engine light came on. i got the codes checked and they read p0456 and p0775, and on top of all this my abs light goes on and off occasionally. can anybody help me to get this o/d off light to stop coming on?
