Check engine light on no data link fuses good

Check engine light on scanner says no data link checked all fuses they are good any suggestions what to check 2001 explorer sport ?

I checked #5 fuse it was good thank you for the info is there anything else I can check , I bought a fixed sensor you plug it in data port and you can monitor engine through your phone it was working driving this morning check engine light came on and never went off that's when I lost data link
