ok then im going to get a 2" body lift, and extended r/a and maybe a cb or some new speakers

haha, your plans change every week...is this your final choice?

ive been told there was a guy on here who does cut and turned beams for 300, someone should know who this is. If you are dead set on your ttb i think you'll get the most bang for your buck there. Those beams with extended rad arms (heim or jonny joint) you'd have one flexy TTB.

well i wont have a d35 for much longer, due to what happened last nite, i want a d30, is the d30 any stronger then the d35 ttb? what is the d30s weaknesses?

the only reason i want a d30, is because of the price, $150 for a very nice one, and the guy that put the lift on my truck, had a wrangler with a d30 and he had 36's and did some serious wheeling, and never broke anything major, and mine will only have 35's on it, and be locked, and the i can get my 4.88 gears which will make it a good drive with 35's(4.06 gear ratio)

Im not even gonna say it.

Anyways, i made the mistake of doing something just to do it. IMO its better to do something right than to just get it done. I wouldnt use a 30, though some have had better luck than others.Have you checked xj's and zj's for 35's?

BTW, what prompted this "decision"?

A Wrangler is also over 1000lbs lighter than your X.

Check in the SAS registry, there are a few threads about the D30 and how they are holding up.

well after my mishap, im tryin to piece my truck back together, its almost done well should be by monday, tuesday at the lastest, but im just fixed my ttb, since the guy i was goin to buy the d30 from, backed out!, and after fixing it, that took most of my mod money! ahh! but i still have some cash for so minor mods.

also with a 5.5" lift i have right now, i would like to get it to align better, soo im looking for a bigger drop bracket. i have a 3"(rc one) now, should i go to the 6" skyjacker? or not that big
