Alright guys i got a 80s year D44 wagoneer axle and i'm trying to find steering knuckles for my SAS. I'm most likely gonna go with high steer, any one suggest any knuckles. Is their anyway to avoid the high steer?:(

You do not need hi steer if you are using coils. Leafs you need it if you are going spung over. I got knuckles from a mid 70's chevy truck and had them drilled and tapped by sky mfg. I also used an arm by them. I just have the drag link up high and have the tierod on the factory mounts.

Yeah i got springs and they will be sitting on the axle, and how $$$ did getting the knuckles drilled and tapped run you? If i can find a place to do that around me, then i will go with that and save a boat load of money.

If you post on Pirates I am sure you can find someone local to do it. I think it cost me $45 but that was 4 years ago. I would do coils though. I did the leafs now I am on coils and it is much nicer.
