hey ive been workin with photo shop lately..

trying to edit my friends rig a bit.

i got it slammed. ive been trying to chop the top. a little bit. not much. but so you can notice that its been done. but i cant get it to look good. is there a way it can be done without lookin like ****?

You're oval wheels might make for a rough ride. :p:

To chop the top, you need to copy and paste the top of the cab to a new layer. Then use the clone stamp tool to mess with the background.

Here is my attempt.

for shaving the emblems and taking off the pin striping stuff would you suggest redoing the color or using the clone stamp tool?

I would either clone it or take a sample of another part of the truck and mess with the size and feathering of it until it looks right.

This guy is not only funny, but he's really good at PS too. He shows both methods in this vid.

 






ahahaha. love it. the wifr in the background yelling. but wow. thats amazing he can simply take it out as if it was never there. im impressed.
