Class III receiver hitch for v6 X?

I have an 05 V6 explorer with the smaller receiver hitch. I would like to find a Class III hitch but all can find on Ebay are the ones that fit BENEATH the existing receiver. Does anyone know of one available that would fit where the existing receiver is rather than underneath it? I don't think I need two of them back there.

The reason that I would like the larger class III is because my boat is right at the edge of the tow limit of the stock one. Plus, I may, at some point, push the towing of the X closer to the limit of the truck itself, rather than that of the receiver. Any information would be great.

I got mine from the dealership. They usually have some used ones that come off of explorers that have been brought in for body work from wrecks and such. They basically gave me mine for free.
