I thought I might get as many peoples tips as possible before they arrive (probably today, Wednesday).. anyway...

How do I get the old lenses off? Any tips to make it easier? Anything I should know before I put the clear corners on? and the bulbs.. how do I change the bulbs? From inside the engine bay or outside after I pop off the lense??

clear corners install

It is very easy to do. I just did mine last week on my 91 xlt. Front: Remove 2 screws above headlight. Pull out the parking light housing a little, exposing the side marker light, twist bulb housing to release. Pull out parking light housing a little more to expose the other bulb and twist to release. Then you will be able to take out the whole housing and change the lenses. Installation is the reverse.
Are you changing the rear corners too? This is much easier. Open tailgate and remove the 2 screws on the top. Pull gently but firmly on tail light lens. It makes a horrible sound like something is breaking but that is the way it is. Release the 2 bulbs. Change the break light bulb to red ones. Installation is the reverse.
Kinda long to read but very easy to do. Takes about 15 minutes total.
Hope this helps.

Sent you email but basically says what Van just said. Have no fear...they really are easy!

thanks guys! :) Ill let you know how it turns out.. I'll even time it for you :D hehe

I should have the clears coming in today, tomorrow at the latest, and my hyperwhite bulbs for the turn signals should be in tomorrow....

After that, Ill get my baby washed and take some pictures.... I should be picking up my smittybuilt outlander grill guard in a few days.... they said they'd called me the first week of august to let me know it was there. Im a bit worried about that one, Ill need some more advice when I start that one :)
