I can't stand it anymore there is a loud click when I open my driver door, it happens a little past halfway open and on the return a little past half way closed. It seems to be the little cyliner type thing that rubs up against a rubber bushing or pad in the lower hinge. I sprayed it with WD-40 and it got much louder to my surprise.
It seems like the same type of noise or problem when the torsion bar pads are wearing out.
I will do anything to fix this problem, I know others must have had this. Is it hard to replace this part?? the lower door hinge.
