Clicking? noise while turning

I just started getting this clicking noise in the front end. I only seems to happen while making slow sharp right turns on inclines, like while pulling into driveways. Any ideas? Something tells me a CV joint.

90% C.V. shaft. I just had both replaced the other day.
My advice....go to a wrecker and get them. I got two.. from 2001 EXPL. 34000KM.....$125.00 each.
Compare to over $300.00 elsewhere each.

I don't know if this would relate to your year, but my 91 had that exact symptom. After much checking it turned out to be that the radius arm bushings were toast. One was totally gone. Everytime I turned into a bumpy driveway the arm would move up and down and click.
