Clicking Sound When Using the Heat.

When I use the heat in the SUV, I hear a clicking sound when I turn the dial to hot. Hot air does not come until I turn the fan full blast then clicking turns into a big thud followed by a rush of hot air. What is the issue and is it cheap and easy to fix?

Temperature Flap modulator motor by your right ankle, behind the plastic that makes the left side of the center console. They get stripped plastic gears.

But I never had this problem, so I'm guessing. Listen and feel to see if I guessed right.
