I need help. I have 96 Explorer XLT 4WD, I have replaced outer tie rod ends; both sides. I'v replaced wheel hubs; both sides, shocks; all four, CV axles; both sides. Upper and lower ball joints; both sides, sway bar links; all four and brakes/rotors; all four, yet I continue to have this clucking when turning left. Any ideas?

Is it a continuous clunking noise? If so, I would jack up the front end and take another look at the CV axles. It could be possible that you ended up getting the wrong one, or that it was defective. I believe that if it makes noise while turning left, then it usually means the right side CV is bad, but I could be wrong.

'Bout the only thing left are the sway bar bushings...assuming there are no chickens around...;)
