Code P0735 on a 2000 Explorer.

2000 with 127,000 miles, won't shift into overdrive-code p0735 indicates 5th gear ratio, changed fluid and filter (very small amount of debris) no debris in pan. when selector is in low gear it wants to free wheel had this problem fixed under warranty at 24,000 miles. Ford seems to think seperator plate gasket is bad with gasket debris in the soleniod valve. Does this sound reasonable? If so where would be best place to get parts?
