My engine code says I have bad oxygen sensors(all 4), but dealer says it's really bad intake gasket, Which one do I believe..and how can I be sure. Also I have a V6, how many sensors are there? I can only find 3 when I'm under the vehicle but every one says 4.

Not that familiar with your EEC-V (might move to the appropriate forum), but a code by itself usually isn't enough to say that a sensor is bad. In this case, an intake leak is certainly a possible cause for lean codes on both banks.

It is also not very likely multiple sensors fail in the same fashion simaltaneously without some other explaination other than a failed sensor(s).

Moving to EEC-V section. Can still be discussed there. Also fixed your title (you tried to make it bold, but that doesn't work in titles).
