I have been reading about the coil over mods and I am not sure what the bennefit is. I wheel my truck, logging trails, sand and hills ... I want to be able to run it through mud as well. I have a TT / AAL and 32's now. I really want to do a 4" lift and a body lift to run 35s. However, since the 4" lift seems to be hard to find, can I get a lift by doing coil overs? I assume no, cause I dont see how it would lift the truck.

Thanks

Dave

You can't get anymore lift than you could with doing a TT. The coilovers are just replacing the torsion springs. Straight across.

Thats what i thought. So, I guess I need to save up for the 4" kit, if I can find one. How did the SAS change the on road driving of the truck? Seems that the SAS is the way to for serious off roading.
