do they make any kind of aftermarket coil seats for the 5.5 superlift springs that don't increase the height.my seat look to be to small for my springs and it allows the spring to move around and all so like the springs are thinner than stock so washer thing doesn't even hold them down

When I converted to Skyjacker Jeep XJ coils I had to take the big washer/plate and make 3 or 4 passes with my MIG around the outside edge to make the O.D. a little bigger so the coil didnt slip right over it.

No, I made all my seats myself from hardware store parts. I use Daystar Jeep XJ coil isolator pads/spacers.

Hope some of this helps.

...Or you could make your own..;)

...This is an 1-1/2" setup but, you could make the 1/2" work as your washer for your coil seat...

well i kind of tried,i took the oe seat and cut it about in half witch caused it to have a huge hole that moved all around on the bolt, so i took the top part of the seat grinded it down so it fit inside the seat and welded it so that it holds it firm around the bolt, hard to explain and now the washer goes all the way down and holds the spring from moving up and down in full flex.but the plastic bushing thats goes on the metal seat is to small and allows the spring to move like left and right even though its held down tight

Those are replacement iso pads that are only .75" thick,I replaced those not long ago with 1.75" spacers. Going to the XJ stuff was the best thing I have done to me truck.

anyone else with the 5.5 running different seats?
