I had a problem finding that out too.. but if you lifting and wanting a softer spring, look at early bronco springs. They are much more flexy than the ttb ones
The Explorer springs are rated to almost 600#. That has to do with the short arm leverage of the TTB. Compared to a SAS setup, the leverage arm is about half as long -- hence the larger spring rate for the TTB.
For a low cost alternative spring that works pretty well, try a late 70s F 150 spring. I'm runing a 77 SAS spring on mine, and they work pretty well. Lots of flex!
