I have an 4x4 '04 ST and I hear that there is a coilover conversion to get rid of the torsion bars but has been discontinued? Can anyone enlighten me more on this and if there still is a kit that exists...I have scrolled through google and haven't seen anything?

So the ones for the ranger will fit a 4 wheel drive 04' ST?

The Sport Trac and Explorer are both RBV's (Ranger Based Vehicles and share a lot of the same parts. The 1st Gen ST '01-05 have the same front suspension as the '98-2010 Ranger and the '95-01 Explorer.

Trying to find the parts isn't easy. If you know how to do metal fab and weld or know someone that does I think I still have the drawn out dimensions to build a set of coilover brackets. I can upload them and post them on here later.

Updated with bracket diagram...

I hope to be part of an effort to make these brackets more available..........

That would be awesome because I know if I was back home and not in school I could try and fab these up with those dimensions. I just feel like something may be different with these ranger guys making them I don't know maybe I'm wrong. He has them priced at 125 a set I believe.
