Cold idle problem

I have a 2001 Explorer Sport 4.0 automatic. having trouble with rough idle and dying when cold. Replaced the intake plenum o-rings and cleaned the throttle body. Still idling rough when cold. Replaced O2 sensors, plug wires, MAF sensor and IAC valve 5000 miles ago. Just changed fuel filter and put in new plugs. Dont know what to do now.

Inspect the PCV elbow. If it's OK check for trouble codes.
