Column to Console shift

Has anyone tried to convert the column shifter to a console shifter with a B&M kit or any thing? I am thinking about doing this myself and was wondering if anyone has tried this...

The right hand drive Explorers in the UK use a console shifter.....If you could get ahold of some of those parts, you would be ahead of the game...

SO IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THOSE UK PARTS AM I STUCK WITH A COLUMN SHIFT?
