consumption raise L/100km

Hello, my 2006 V6 explorer consumes a little too much, around 29 to 35 L/100KM, instead of 16 to 10 L/100KM, my mechanic informed me that my PCV VALVE is defective. My question, does this affect my consumption?
EGR VALVE, THROTTLE BODY, injector, fuel pressure sensor, fuel filter, all of these are new.

the pcv could contribute to it, but I doubt it would be that much though...
