So instead of reading all the way through the arms for the seriosly dropped thread, can someone summarize it for me? Is there a solution for the upper arm problem or not?

Yes and no. In short, unless you have some custom built by a chassis shop that specializes in that kind of thing (like a race car chassis builder) then its not worth doing. Just lengthening the uppers fixes the camber and kills the caster. After you (in theory) spend a buttload of money having a real shop make a set, you are still left with a horrendous ride.

There is control arms available now Aim list upper arms and lower arms for explorers sport tracs and rangers with edge torsion bar type suspensions.
I called they said upper arms are longer for alignment, lower arms give 2" drop.
I know there service suck but anybody try these yet???
