Convert 98 Explorer to 99

Recently I've been thinking that the front of my explorer looks kind of dull. I've been considering my options to change this. I either want to buy a brush guard or see if I can change the bumper/fog light configuration. I was wondering is it possible to take the bumper and fog lights off of my 98 Explorer and replace it with the bumper and fog lights for a 99 Explorer. Also where could I find these parts? I really don't want to go to the Ford dealership. Another thing I have been wondering about is the brush guard, but I can't find many pictures of Explores solely with a brush guard. Most have a lift and lights and many other things. Does anyone have a picture of their Explorer with just a brush guard so I can get a better idea of how it would look.
