Coolant leak at thermostat housing '01 Sport Trac

I have a coolant leak at the thermostat housing on an '01 Sport Trac. It appears to be coming from the joint between the upper and lower plastic housings.

Is there just an o-ring that needs to be replaced or do the housings need to be replaced.
