Cooled passenger seat issue

Hello all.
Quick question for the group.

My 2016 Limited passenger side cooled seat isn’t working. As a matter of fact, it’s acting weird. You press the cool button and the red heated seat lights come on and the heat itself comes on. Press the heat button and nothing happens. This literally started today. It worked correctly until this afternoon.

Any insight is appreciated.

Haven't heard of that issue before. Sounds like something got crossed up. Looking at the fuse chart, it seems there is only 1 fuse listed for Heated/Cooled seats so that seems to rule that out.

Have you tried tapping on the switch? Not with a hammer. Just to see.

I have not. May try that and maybe compressed air.
