cant wait to see this thing done!

what I want to know is how you got that ball joint in with just hand tools.....

I never thought about that... I usually just use the press. Ill try that next time

the guys watching were amazed too ,
thanks Mountiegreen,,

had to check this tread. had a dream last night that you sold it to a wrecking yard. needless to say i wasn't happy! lol

oh no,, you don't have to worry about that, will never happen,,

it will be twice lifted, and wheeled hard,

well , this project is gonna get rolling here pretty soon as all the snow is going away, and i can find all the parts now,, so,

i am going to start on the back first, get the bed/box off, and maybe get the back springs and shocks all hooked up and sorted out first before i put the front up and start the grinding that follows to get the front axle brackets off to put on the drop brackets,, and figure out the radius arms..

motor in my Explorer let go, and i bought another Ex , this is gonna get pushed back just a bit till they are both drivable,,

i will get to it soon

Started to get to work on this today, jacked it up and started taking the box off

so far i got 5 of the six bolts out, just 1 more , but the center of the torx stripped out, no biggie, angle grinder, and new bolt from the body lift to replace them
