could i get some tips on if my codes are right?
KOEO/CM- Pass KOEO, CM codes 41
KOER- Totally lost
Im pretty sure the MAF is toast thoughts?

...Sorry, I just seen this and the video is working...

...First video stored codes - KOEO:

41 = (M)System was lean for 15 seconds or more (no HO2S switching) - Fuel control

66 = Vane Air Flow (VAF) or Mass Air Flow (MAF) signal low - VAF MAF
Transmission Oil Temperature (TOT) signal low (possibly grounded) - Transmissions

Second video - KOER: (watched at youtube as error here)

12 = Idle Speed Control motor or Air Bypass not controlling idle properly (generally idle too low) - ISC

41 =(R)System lean - Fuel control

I got the same codes as you on the KOER test, i cannot figure out what it is.
