Like hworksinc said the RAP module only disables the starter so if it's cranking then that's more than likely not the problem. You said you can't hear the fuel pump prime anymore - I suggest you swap the fuel pump relay with another relay and see if you hear it prime, if it still doesn't then you may have a bad fuel pump, bad wiring, or bad inertia switch...
Also change the fuel filter if you haven't already, when you first started it after all those years all kinds of junk from the gas tank (gummed up gas, rust, etc) could have clogged it. But it definitely sounds like a fuel delivery issue.
