cruise control aftermarket parts

i have found that my steering wheel cruise control buttons are so warn that the skin is missing and i am afraid touch the button for fear of electric shock. i have search the web for an aftermarket set and or a new steering wheel with built in cruise control buttons. has anyone had any luck finding these parts?

You can buy them from Ford but they are pretty expensive. A less expensive idea would be to check the local wrecking yards.

Or get a new/used horn pad. That's what you need. The horn pad has the switches. I've seen them all over Ebay.
