cruise control

hi. just purchased a 99 explorer and cruise does not work. my question is does the horn have anything to do with cruise control? person i bought from replaced new buttons but said horn did not work so he mounted an remote horn button. thanks

Could be a bad clockspring in the column. It passes the electrical signals to the switches on the wheel.

hi. check fuse number 10? inside vehicle is there a relay under the hood? just was not sure if horn and cruise were tied together. thanks
