cruise switch swap?

Got a Ford aftermarket cruise control on my 94 which has the twist stick control on the side of the steering housing. Got a horn pad off a 94 that has the cruise switches on it. Anyone know if they'll swap? Thanks

Reviewed the schematics last night in the manual...should work as the switches do the same thing, just configuered differently. I'll see...
