Dash lights, loss of power steering, no oil pressure

Wife was coming home yesterday when the battery and service engine soon lights came on, oil pressure dropped (according to the gauge) and she went to pull off and said it was tough to turn the wheel, I'm assuming like no power steering.

Within 10 minutes or so, she restarted it and it ran fine the rest of the way home. No new sounds (belt has been squealing, bet it needs replaced) I'm unsure what to check or replace or do I just wait for it to happen again? Any help is appreciated.

I did, no codes came up. Hence why I'm stumped.
